Hope everyone is having a fab week, I am feeling much better so I thought I would give you a bonus midweek blog. Everyone has things that make them happy in the daily routine. Here is a few things that I like to do in my chill time.
Bedroom set up.

I would definitely say a good book is a good place to start if you have spare time.  A great book can put you in a completely different atmosphere, it can make you happy or can make you sad . Either way it can distract you from many things. The book I am reading at the moment is Rainbow Rowell 'Eleanor & Park'. I was a massive fan of 'Fangirl' so I decided to look in to her other book. I am really loving this book. A cup of Green Tea and a cosy duvet is perfect in this situation.
Doodling is also fun. Whether you are an artist or not, get a blank piece of paper and start doodling. You never know you just might create a masterpiece. I am loving this Fashion Sketchbook. I received this at Christmas and I love it. Whether is drawing of a past outfit, future outfit or an over the top outfit, I love it. I am not the best artist nor fashion designer, having it beside my bed gives me the idea that I am. Getting the right equipment and a perfect soundtrack can make the day fly by.

Carrying on from doodling, Having a diary or writing paper is must. I love to write my ideas about blog posts or my favourite quotes from the day. Taking the time in the day to write in my diary can also bring out the best points in my day. Looking  through on my younger diarys makes me laugh. I normally keep at home but you could also take it in your bag and carry it with you. It doesn't have to be a fancy diary but a pretty one can help motivate you to use it.

I can also find inspiration on Tumblr. Whether on my phone or on my laptop I find I can spend hours scrolling and reblogging. Like I said I can find inspiration about outfits, bedroom ideas and eating ideas. It can make the day/night go quick. Maybe to quick!!!!!! (*Enter Self Promotion Here*) .

I hope to do more posts like this, I have a few ideas for new posts so keep an eye out. I really want to blog a lot more. I am trying really hard. :)

Let me know what you do in your chill times?

Hey guys, so I haven't been feeling great the last few days so I haven't had a lot of time to write a huge blog post so I thought I would do another mini haul/routine.
My nails haven't been the greatest over the last couple months so I bought I few products to help with my nails.

Sally Hansen Moisturising Polish Remover... For dry, brittle nails. I really hate taking my nail polish of, it just takes such a long time. I end up peeling my polish of and ending up taking of half my nails so I purchased to this to help my nail strengthen and to get them healthy again.
Again the Sally Hansen Nail Nutrition Green Tea and Bamboo Nail Strengthener is too help with my shocking nails. Like I said I feel like I take half my nails off after wearing nail polish and it has left me with very weak nails. I did hear great things about this product. I use it as a base coat and top coat. So far it has worked excellently.  It has made me nails look super shiney.
The last product is the Elegant Touch Nail 6 in 1. It files, shapes, buffs, polishes, and shines. I really want to take great care of my nails and this is perfect. It is super easy to use and I would highly recommend.
I would then use some sort of hand/nail cream to keep my hands from going dry.
I know this is the second haul but I promise to have a great post for next week. (TopShop Here)
Note to self and any other Gluten free people out there. If in doubt never eat at a place you are not sure off. The outcome is not worth it.

Anyway, hope you are having a fab weekend. Let me know what your nail routine is...

LUSH  LUSH LUSH. Who can beat a bit of Lush, it is perfect in all occasions. It certainly makes your bath or shower 100x better. Over the last year I have received a few bits and pieces and I thought I would share my favourites.

I received the Sweetie Pie gift set from my sister as a Christmas present. Snow Fairy is my all time favourite smell/products from lush. It is my ideal smell and I cannot get enough of the stuff. I was super happy so to see the bottle of Snow Fairy which I have unopened as I am leaving it until last. Having used this product before I know that the scent stays on your skin all day.

The bath bomb in the set was Shoot For the Stars, This is again one of my favourite. Drop this in the bath and it creates a space like scene in the tub. Very pretty colour. The product was very relaxing and very moisturising. It did leave me with a lovely purple bath.

I was delighted to see Candy Mountain. I had always wanted to try it but not realising it was only out at holiday time i never picked it up. I love it. It smells a lot like Snow Fairy, very sweet, like candy floss. which is a win for me.  It created a lot of bubbles and a sweet smell. It was nice to relax with. I definitely need to stock up on  this at  Christmas so I can use them all year round.

I received Hoppity Poppity as a Easter gift from my sister. It gives an amazing smell that lasts a long time. Very cute. Semi sparkly bath. Not to much colour or bubbles but feels nice on  my skin. The smell reminded me of  Parma Violets (a favourite candy as a child) I love the bath bomb and it was perfect for Easter. I will definitely be buying it again.

The Immaculate Eggception. Probably one of my favourite, you crack the outer shell to a little chick inside. Once again the smell is very sweet like candy and it gives a lovely pink colour to you bath. This is  a  very large bath bomb which means it can be used for  three baths. Although it hasn't got anything inside for moisturising, using a bath melt or another products would work lovely. Would highly  recommend.
The last products is my most bought product. Think Pink. I love the look of the bath bomb. The flowers are so pretty. It always makes my skin feel super soft and clean. Once again it leaves the bath with a lovely pink colour. I seem to love the sweet scents as this is very sweet. If it could not get better once it has  melted in the bath it produces little confetti hearts. Like I said it is a must have.

What is your lush favourites? Any recommendations?

I would say I have a pretty simple skincare routine! I know that I should take more time with my skin as it is super important. I am getting more into the habit now so I thought I would share.

My morning and evening routine are pretty much the same, the only thing different is that in  the mornings the  I tend to splash my face with cold water, 1. to get any sleep off my face and 2. to waken me up. A 5'oclock start 100% needs a good 'wake me up' in the morning.

I then use my Peaches and Clean cleanser. I use this to take my make up off, but I also use it in the morning just to get rid of any dirt that I haven't gotten off the night before, making my face feel clean. I did a full review about this here. I have been using it for four months and still loving it.

I then use are  Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Pads wipes. This helps with my break out. I wipe it over my face just to make sure all make-up is off. It makes my face feel fresh.
In the morning I do the same as it again makes my face feel fresh and clean. I would hugely recommend these. I did forget how great these are. They are really cheap yet really amazing for my skin.

Next I use my Nip and Fab Viper Venom serum Gel.  This is too help with wrinkles. I'm not partially at the age for a lot of wrinkled but I do feel my forehead is bad. This  has viper venom to stop wrinkly. I guess it a prevention.

The last thing I use is the Nip and Fab  Viper Venom Eye Gel. Just for under eye wrinkles. I do this both morning and night. I feel in the morning it helps my make-up set under the eye and helps waken me up.
Both Nip and Fab products are recent purchases and for now I am super happy.

I will add my  moisturiser in lastly as I don't use it all the time. I really only use  moisturiser before putting on make-up and I use either Boots Skin Clear Oil Free Mattifying Lotion or Olay. The boots lotion is very cheap and affordable and is the best lotion I have found for my skin.

I know that I could expand my skincare routine extremely but I'm timid about it.
The next product I'm looking at are different kind of serum?? Let me know if you have any good serums for combination skin?!

Hope you are having a great day!!

Everyone has their beauty essentials or their go to make-up!! I'm certainly not any different,
These are my beauty essentials I could not live without....
 Nars Sheer Glow.....
I purchased this in the middle of 2014 and has been my favourite foundation ever since, trying to find a good coverage foundation that doesn't go cakey is hard but this is perfect!! I would say it has medium to high coverage but you can certainly build. It leaves my face looking very smooth...

Eye lash curlers.
I have red, ginger, strawberry blonde hair.. Which means my eyelashes are super light!! This gives me really nothing to work with, on top of that I have no curl to my eyelashes... I own Models Own eyelash curlers as well as a heated eye lash curler...I can't leave the house without either one of them. Both do a really good job on my eyelashes, making them the best they can be!!

Mascara
To enhance my short, light, non-curly eye lashes I need to use a great mascara. Like I said in my March favourites I use  Maybeline the Falsies!! It has been a staple in my make up collection last month. Two coats maybe three aswell as using  my curlers do the best job ever!!!!!

Collection 2000 Concealer is a god send!! I rely on this concealer so much. It gives great coverage and is so easy to appply. I use it to highlight and if I am having a particularly good face day, I will use it as my base,I have heard and seen a lot of Beauty Youtubers talk about this and I can definitely see why they love it.

Bronzer, like I said in my make addict tag I couldn't live without bronzer!! I honestly love the way it can complete and change your face!!! My must have bronzer is Mac Natural Finish in medium!! I have fair skin so this really does the job, it gives a natural coutour and a natural warmth. I also use MUA bronzer as an everyday bronzer, this is slightly darker but I would apply a little less,. Coming into the summer, Using bronzer will be great to give the warmth to your face.

Perfume..... you always have to smell nice right?!? Going to the shops or going out at night everything is better when you smell nice... I have quite a few perfumes but my essential is Chanel Chance, I was given this as a 16th birthday gift and ever since I have been given it atleast 3 times! It is 100% my favourite perfume!! Every day perfume I do love are Britney Spears-Curious and One Direction- Our Moment.

Hey m'lovelys, Hope you are all having a great day.

For me Make-up Brushes are one of the most essential things to make or break your make-up look... I feel that you need the right brushes to create the perfect face... so here are my Top 5 brushes...

The first brush is the Sephora 57 Pro Airbrush Conceal brush.. I purchased this in Sephora whilst on holiday in Milan with my family and it is a brilliant brush!!
I use it with my concealer to cover up my problems areas and I feel it makes these area look smooth and flawless.
The brush is super soft and very easy to use!! It is very worth the money  and I would certainly recommend!!

The second brush is Real Techniques Bold Metallic Oval Shadow brush...
This brush is meant for your eyes and it is a very good Eye brush however I use it as a concealer brush!! I feel that this brush is the right shape and well as having the right fluffiness for a perfect concealer brush. I use this brush more for highlight rather than my problem areas. But both this and my Sephora Brush is a perfect match.
This is my most recent purchase, aswell as it being an amazing brush, the Bold Metals collection is beautiful..

The third brush on my list is Sephora 73 Crease brush...
Again I purchased this whilst in Milan! I would definitely say it was a dupe for MAC 217, I had been looking for a blending/fluffy brush for a long time and heard amazing reviews about MAC 217... I was on my way to the MAC counter as I seen this brush...
It is a perfect shape for blending and it holds a lot of product! It creates the perfect look without shedding! This brush is very affordable and a must have in your make-up collection.

Number four is Real Techniques Expert Face Brush....
This has to be my all time favourite foundation brush! Having went through a phase of using my fingers (I know, disgusting) I found Real Techniques brushes, thanks to my sister. I firstly swore by Real Techniques buffing Brush, I loved it and it made my make-up apply really nice But then I purchased the Expert Face brush for my friends Christmas, I had forgot my brushes one day after staying over and she was really kind in letting my borrow her brush.. I was in love... The foundation went on so smoothly and it sat perfectly!!
I automatically put it on my Christmas list last year and was super lucky to have received it!!! The brush is super soft yet it gives a very good coverage and like I said it makes my face look smooth and flawless.

The last brush and right now my favourite is Real Techniques Cheek Brush...
Like all Real Techniques brushes it is super soft and very good value. This came in a set name Nics Picks, and I believe it was a set exclusive.
I use this firstly as a bronzer brush, the dense bristles means I can build colour and create perfect        contour. I then use it for my blush, again the soft dense brush means I can build colour.
It is very easy to use and gives a lovely effect!! I would highly recommend if you can get your hands on it!!

What is your top brushes? Leave in the comments any recommendations?!

Midweek lifestyle blog...
So this blog post is going to be a slightly different, I have been Gluten Free for over two years now and I thought I would share my experience, and why I think it's not a fad diet.

WHAT IS GLUTEN?
'Gluten is a general name for the proteins found in wheat, rye, barley, and triticale. Gluten helps foods maintain their shape, acting as a glue that holds food together.'-Taken from http://celiac.org/

How I became Gluten Free...
Back to the end of 2011, I was getting really bad stomach pains, I would feel really full and I was often very bloated. I wasn't sure what it was or whether it was anything serious so I played it off and never told anyone, over the next few weeks it got worse, it was not nice feeling bloated all the time. I told my mom and eventually I went to the doctors.

Long story short I had numerous blood tests done and as well as keeping a food diary, everything came back negative which was frustrating, over time my symptoms got worse. I ended up vomiting on different occasions. I was also given different medicine, but to be honest, nothing was working.

The doctors then told me that with all my symptoms and tests results that I more than likely had IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), it made me feel better than I had a diagnosis and was the handed lots of leaflets about which food I could and could not eat.

Although I had a diagnosis it still never made me feel better, I was still getting bloated stomach and generally feeling tired all the time. It also made me lose my appetite, bloating and feeling sick really turns you off food, which leads to me losing weight....

About November 2012 my mum saw an ad on Facebook, 'Symptoms of IBS try a Gluten free diet'. We thought we could only try, that day we cut all the Gluten products out my diet and entered the supermarket to look at the free from range.

Much to my delight after a day and a half off being Gluten free I went to my bed feeling great, no bloating, no feeling sick... From then on I have been Gluten Free.

TOP TIPS

Having been Gluten free for over two years now I have picked up some tips about how to live Gluten Free....
ALWAYS CHECK THE LABEL; Even if you are positive a product is gluten free, there is no harm in checking. Very occasionally the product itself does not contain it but in fact, has been made in a factory that contains gluten.
If the packaging does not say anything and you are still unsure CHECK ONLINE, you can go to the products website or you can Check Coeliac Uk which is very helpful.
FORUMS; I think forums are very useful and can put your mind at rest. Whether you have just started a Gluten Free lifestyle or years into it, talking about it will always help. Sharing experiences with others in the same boat can be very informative.

IS IT HEALTHY?

As I have said I have been on a gluten-free lifestyle for such a long time, I get asked a lot of questions about what I can eat and what I can't. But the main comment people say is 'You must be so healthy', I have strong opinions on why I feel that a gluten free diet can be just as unhealthy as a 'normal' diet.
Firstly for a Gluten free diet to be healthy the person must eat right, if you are Gluten free you will know that a majority of 'Free From' products in the store are cakes, sweets, and chocolate. So I feel that on that side it is not, overeating on these products would be as unhealthy as eating gluten products. You have to be able to know what is naturally Gluten free to be able to be healthy.
On the other hand, I find it healthy as you generally cannot eat anything when going out you need to be very wary about what you can and can't eat as it is a lot simpler to just say no...

DO I MISS IT?

The thing I miss the most is the simplicity, going somewhere and not having to worry whether you can eat anything, not having to make a fuss is always hard.Foods that I do miss are normal pieces of bread, normal rolls- the best GF rolls I have ever had where from a Milan restaurants. On the most hand, I don't miss it, like I have mention I have been Gluten free for over two years and I guess it is just my life now...

What is your thought on being Gluten Free? Do you want to be to post more abut being Gluten Free?

So my friend Keira did this tag I while ago but I thought I would give it ago, this is the Make-Up Addict Tag...
  1. Which product do you keep still buying more of despite having plenty in your collection? Nail polish, this isn't partially make-up but I have an obsession!! I have too many, some the same colour but different brands but I just can't help myself.....
  2. What’s the one product you couldn’t live without?     Bronzer, no matter if I am wearing a full face of makeup or a minimal face I always feel that I need bronzer. I love how much it shapes your face and gives you a glow.
  3. Favourite make-up brand?  MAC, as I have became more obsessed about make-up I will fall on MAC, I think their brand is very high quality! My two favourites products would have to be Natural Skin finish powder and Blush Baby blush. Although I am loving Soap and Glory at the moment, their archery eyebrow pencil and eye shadow are my favourites!
  4. How big is your make-up collection? I would say I would have quite a small makeup collection compared to others, It is however growing..
  5. And how do you like to store it? I have  a makeup table in my room which has one full drawer plus I purchased a clear holder of Amazon which I store my every day/popular makeup..
  6. How many items of make-up have you got in your handbag at the moment? Since I have been working  I don't carry a lot of makeup but my average makeup bag consists of a Mini sample of Clique Redness Solutions Makeup, Benefit bad girl lash mini, 3 collection 2000 concealer haha, Rimmel Powder, and MUA bronzer.
  7. If you could raid another blogger’s stash, who would it be? I would have to say Zoe for one reason, her Zoeva brush collection. The rose gold brushes are beautiful and Zoe seems to have quite a lot...
    Photo from Zoella.co.uk
  8. How long does your usual make-up routine take and how many products do you use? Depending on the day and where I am going it can take me 15 mins- an hour and a half! Normally if i am going out then I like to take my time and pretend I'm some sort of youtubers ahahah
  9.  Have you ever bought make-up knowing you wouldn’t use it?
At the moment I'm in between whether I can pull of Miley Cyrus Viva Glam Lipstick, it's quite bright and I'm not sure if I will suit it but I can give it a go..
  10. Tag a few other make-up addicts to do the tag!
    Who ever reads this!!
