Happy Sunday!! It's unreal how excited I am about the fact I am doing my June favs! I say this every month but how on earth are we half we through the year. My holiday and birthday  are so close and I can't believe it. This month I only have gathered a few favourites.

Number one, The Fab Pore moisturiser. I have been looking everywhere for a good moisturiser. I have really combination skin so i find it difficult to find one that didn't break me out and doesn't make me oily.
I went for Soap and Glory again since they have done wonder to my skin. It absorbs quickly into my skin and makes my make-up apply nicely. It has Poreshrink -12h which is very gentle on my skin, Superfruit Yuzu  which helps tones and brightens my skin, it has also  helped with my break out.

Another product I have loved for my skin is the Clearasil Rapid Action Scrub. I use this in the morning and after I take my make-up off. It makes my skin feel so soft and very clean. I love Clearasil products and just like Soap and Glory products they do amazing things to my skin.

Having good exfoliated skin is key in the summer. Both on the face and on the body. So my third fav is the Soap and Glory Sugar Crush Body Scrub. The smell is super summery and fresh. I seen it in Tanya burr latest video and had to try it. Having used Fake Tan this month I need a great body scrub/ exfoliater. This is perfect and is deffo a must have this summer.

The fourth thing I have been loving is Miley Cyrus Viva Glam lipstick.
I purchased this back in February when the collection came out. I wasn't sure whether I could pull of the bright colour but I absolutely love it. It is such a fun party colour. I absolutely adore the texture of this lipstick, it last for quite a long time and looks amazing.

The last thing I HAVE to mention is TAYLOR SWIFT. Seeing her last Tuesday has made me love her 100x more (if that is possible). Her songs, performance, personality.. Aka everything is perfect. If you get a chance to see her live I woken highly recommend!!! If you want to see what I make-up I wore I did a blog post here.

Like I have mention 100x I am going on holiday very soon,
I will try to keep this blog updated as much as possible.
I am hoping to blog when I am in America but it may only be once a week.
I will keep you posted.
Let me know your June favourites?

Hey lovelies, so I was lucky enough to see Taylor Swift last night in Glasgow.
I thought I would do something a little different and  I would show you what make-up products I I wore. Unfortunately I never got a picture of my make-up, but these are the products.

 Left -Right. Top-Bottom

The Fab Pore by Soap and Glory.

I finally found a perfect moisturizer for my skin. It is amazing.

Mac Natural Finish Powder in Medium.
I use this for my bronzer and it gives a very natural contour

Mac Cinderella Highlighter.
This gives the prettiest shimmer on your skin.

Two Faced La Belle Carousel.

I used Angel Hair and Haute Chocolate. Angel Hair is a gorgeous gold for all over my lid as well as on my lower lash, while I used Haute Chocolate in my crease.

Mac Hip'n'Happy Lip Liner.

Nake Two Basic Palette
Cover is a perfect shade for my eyebrows. I get a lot of compliments on them whilst using the colour.

Mac 'Blush Baby' Blush.
This blush matches my natural skin tone perfectly.

Nars Sheer Glow in Mont Blanc (Light 2)
This has to be my all time favourite foundation.

Collection 2000 Long Lasting Concealer.
My holy grail concealer.(When it isn't sold out).

Benefit Bad Gal Lash.
This is not always my go to mascara but last night it worked perfectly.

Topshop Gel Liner.
I am not the best at the wing eyeliner right now but I do love this as it is super easy to apply, and gives a great look.

And Lastly Lush Bubblegum Lip scrub.
This really helps moisture my lips.

Like I mention this was Taylor. It was such a great night!! She is such a kind and down to earth person and if more people where like her the world would be a better place.
I don't get a lot of photos but here is my favourite. After waiting six years to see her, She was incredible, it was definitely worth the wait.
Big appreciation to Taylor, if you ever get the chance to to her perform live I would HIGHLY recommend it.
What is your ' MOTD'?
What artist are you loving right now?
See you Sunday.

Happy Father Day all Fathers out there!! Big love to my dad!!! Have a blast!!!
Today I thought I would share my handbag essentials!! I have always loved watching 'What's in My Bag' videos on Youtube, it might be because I am a nosy person but I find it so interesting. I always find that you can find a lot about a person from what is their bag.

Number one. Make-up bag!!! I will walks carry my make-up bag with me wherever I go!! It's my holy grail and I can't leave without it! I did a blog post about what is in my make-up bag! (here).

Number Two. Purse!! Again I cannot leave the house without my purse!!! I feel lost without it! I recently purchased this purse from Cath Kidston. Its the Painted Daisy Folded Zip Wallet I am in love with it, the colours are perfect for the summer. It has quite a few pocket areas which makes it is super handy.

Number Three. headphones. What else can you do when you are sitting on the bus in your own, but listen to music. I have to have headphones. Again I feel lost without it!! Journeys are always slow and boring so they are a must.. These are just  Apple Standard headphones!

Number Four and Five. Body spray and Hand cream. This Victoria Secret Pink All over Body mist  is the smell of summer. It makes me feel so summery, so having it in my bag helps me stay fresh. Hand cream is also a must. I've mention it in a few posts but I love to carry Hand cream with me. It helps to moisturise my hand as well as keeping my nails strong. It doesn't have an over powering scent so it it to put it on in public.

Lastly Number Six. My diary. I find it is very useful jotting down my work schedule or date for the diary. This diary is special as my parents gave me it as a Christmas pressing last year. It is so pretty and what make it better it lasts for ever.

Hope you having a great day, like I said I have a few travel/ holiday ideas, so stay tuned?
Let me know what is in your bag?

Hey m'lovelies. How has everyone been? Thank you to anyone who donated to Cancer Research, We smashed our target as well as our time for the Race For Life, Well done if you participated.
Now that the Race is over and done with it is all steam ahead for my summer holidays. The next few weeks will be a lot about my hols so prepare yourself ;)

One thing that is essential for me during the summer is FAKE TAN. I have super fair skin and rarely tan. I thought I would share what I use to help get the perfect tanned look.

The number one product I use is Fake tan. For the first time, I am using St Tropez Bronzing Mousse. I have always used St Moriz but this year I thought I would go all out.  It is a bit pricey but for the quality it is extremely worth it.
You will need to exfoliate your whole body before to help keep the tan on. I haven't photographed it but I use a normal tanning mitt to apply the tan. Make sure it is applied evenly so there are no streaks. I tend to have a few mirrors in my room so I can see right round my body.
I really love St Tropez, it doesn't have a strong smell at all and it applies so easily. I have had the tan on for few days and although I have had baths and showers it is still visible. It is very long lastly which will be perfect whilst I am on holiday.
I picked it up at Boots, but any Chemist/Drugstore will definitely have it.

The St Tropez Instant Glow Body lotion is not a must have but I find it very helpful. If I do not want to spend time with the tanning mousse, have't got time or just want a quick bronzed up I reach for this. Is gives you a tan right away without having to wait. I have noticed because this is a lotion it comes off quite easily, this is not a major problem as I can just reapply.
If I have already used my bronzing mousse, I normally will use this on areas that I feel get washed the most ie face or hands. Applying this to either, is really handy to brighten and top up my tan.
What I love about St Tropez products is that they are infused with Vitamin E to protect and repair the skin. It is always nice to know that you are not damaging your skin.

Getting the perfect tan is important but I thought I would share what I use in combination to get a perfect tanned face. Using fake tan on your face I find instantly makes it look much better and healthier. I veer away for a very heavy make-up look and use a BB cream. BB creams are very useful in the summer anyway.
I use Garnier Miracle Skin Protector BB cream. I have it in the shade Light however it is quite dark. It is also rather thick so I will use a tiny about of Nars Sheer Glow too thin it down. It covers any blemishes without  being heavy. It is the ideal shade, base and consistency for a great Tan. It is also has a good SPF which is makes is suitable in very hot days.

The last product I use is Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer. I have mention before how much I love this stuff. The lightest shade is again too dark for everyday but using it with a tan is a winning combination.  If you have ever used the concealer you will know it has shimmer through it which adds to the glow of your face. It has different moisturizing ingredients which will prevent your skin drying up in the sun. I would highly recommend this for those who have darker skin.

Hope this helped. Let me know what you use
for a perfect tan? Have you any tips?
Also let know what other holiday related posts,
you would like to see?

Happy Sunday, today is a special Sunday. It marks the third year in a row I am participating in the Race For Life.
When you are reading this I will be A. Racing B. Finish C. Resting at home ;)

Here is our Just Giving page just I case you have extra pennies to spare.
https://www.justgiving.com/wendylanglands5/
I thought in honor Of the Race for Life I would show my favourite work out gear.

The right shoes.
I feel that you have to get the right pair of shoes for the perfect workout. They have to feel comfortable and for you right.
I have two pair of shoes.
My first are Skechers Tone ups. I bought these a few years ago and they have lasted me since then. They are super comfortable and very breathable. I tend to use these if I am doing intense waking as like I said they are tone ups and they help make the workout burn. Haha
The second pair I Have are Nike Free  Run,  I bought these last year, again for walking but for more light walking. And for the gym.I fell in  love with the style and the colour and they are my go to shoe. They are ideal for comfort and durability!!

Sport Bras are essential for making your workout or exercising comfortable.
I again have two. One I bought cheap at Primark that has served me a long time. It is super plain but it brilliant to hold everything in especially in the gym.  Lol
The second is more expensive but super high quality. It is from Nike and it is for light support. I use this if I am doing home exercising or walking. It is super comfy and I love the colour. Nike have amazing workout gear so I would definitely have a browse in Nike.

Throwing on a pair or plain leggings is the best for comfort but I do have two favourites, (yes I have two of everything. I guess I like to keep my options open) ;)
Both are from Victoria Secret Pink. VS is one of my fav shops , as you can tell I am so excited to be able to shop myself whilst I am America.
If you haven't tried Yoga pants then you are missing out. They are thee comfiest  things ever. One has a fold over waist band the other doesn't but to be honest it doesn't make a difference. I wear these in the gym or lounging about, anywhere really.

Keeping hydrated is something you should always do when are doing any form of exercising. This 1.7 ltr VS water bottle is very handy. It holds a lot so I can measure how much I am drinking through the day. Not to mention the bottle is the coolest thing ever....

iPhone/IPod Holder. I always find this really helpful. Whether you are on a run, cycling or on a bike it is much easier to listen to music whist having one of these. It means you don't have to hold it and you can let you hands/arms free.
I was given this as a Christmas present from my parents last year and it just so happens to match my Nike sports Bra! WIN!!!

                    And finally MOTIVATION!!!!!
Without motivation you will get nowhere. You have to think positively and start somewhere. I can say since my job has became a lot busier with different hours going to the gym has been very difficult but with a set home workout it can be much better for you.
Go in to any exercise with the right frame of mind and you will be perfect!! :)

Let me know, if you want anything fitness health related. Hope you are having a wonderful day!! I'll be having a nap but this time so enjoy your day!!!

Starting this week I had a MASSIVE Spring/Summer clean of my room. I got rid of a lot of things from my childhood and it was hard. But then I realised that, that is what growing up is all about .I found both these quote perfect so I thought I would share.

I want to make my room, my place. A place that I can be happy in. Get rid of negativity and the past and start again.

The reason I did a massive spring clean is because I am getting a new piece of bedroom furniture. I am super excited about,it and  I am hoping to be able to do some sort of room tour/ideas so keep a eye out for that.

Also my friend Keira (bluefinblush) have bought a vlogging camera which we hope to start making YouTube videos with so keep tabs on that!! Hope you are having a wonderful week!!
See you Sunday :)

Hey m'lovelies, Over the last few days I have been purchasing a few bits and pieces  that I am excited to share!! Enjoy.

The Mindfulness Colouring Book- Emma Farrarons
£3.99
I have been meaning to buy one of the anti-stress colouring books for quite some now, I really like how simply  the idea of colouring in!! I purchased this of of Amazon and I love it!!! The pictures are somewhat kid like drawn which makes colouring them in very easy to do.
It does what it says, it is very soothing and makes a Lazy day very peaceful!! It great addition to my lazy day routine

RT Miracle Sponge - £5.99
Maybeline Fit Me - £5.99
Both of these items were purchased of Feel Unique. Since my holy grail Collection 2000 concealer has became extremely popular, it has sold out everywhere. I was recommended Maybeline Fit Me Concealer and  Rimmel London concealer but unfortunately Rimmel was sold out. So  I purchased the Maybeline FitMe  in the Shade 15.  I  absolutely love it. I would say it is a pretty great match to Collection concealer. It is a great colour as well as really creamy. I will definitely be purchasing again.
Like the book I have been wanting to buy some sort of Make-up sponge for a while. Since I have been watching quick tutorial on Instagram I have seen a lot of them using a sponge. While purchasing my concealer I picked up the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge.   I bought this so I can get a feel for it and see if I like it as I am looking to buy a Beauty Blender. However I really love how it makes me make-up look on my face. It applies both foundation and concealer perfectly.

Floral Crop Top- £14
Fashion wise I went into Next. As you know I am going way to America in the summer and I have been picking I few items up as I go. I was given a £15 Next gift card as a gift so I thought I would have a look.
I picked up this super cute floral crop top.I really love the colour and  thought it would be perfect for the summer, I thought this would be perfect for night time meals but It can be worn everyday or can be dressed up.
This was a really good price at £14, I am super excited to wear it :)

Watermelon clutch - £8
Last but not least, This super fun Watermelon clutch bag. Since working at Matalan I have picked up a few things over time. But this has to be my favourite.
My favourite fruit in the summer is Watermelon so I feel in love with this.. How cute is it?!?
The clutch was £8 but I did get some staff discount. I think this would be a perfect cute bag for a summers night.  I seriously can't wait to use it.

Hope you enjoy this haul!!
I am super excited for my holidays so expect lots of holiday post!
What are you favourite shops at the moment?
Let me know?!

Anyways, over the last few months one of my favourites things have been quotes. Whether I have found them on Tumblr or Pinterest it always helps motivate me.

I kind of like the idea of doing my favourite quote for the week/month. But for now these are a few of  favorites quotes.

What are your fav quotes? Let me know?
Have a fab week :)
