PGoing down to Boots is tempting but going down when they have their Christmas gifts is just lethal! They have amazing gifts at the moment, which is just exciting, one of them being a Sleek 'Say the Magic Word' Mini Matte Me collection.

I have actually never used Sleek before (I know... what) so I thought I would give it a go. You get 4 Mini Mattes for £5 which I think is a steal!! I am such a lover for Kylies lip kits but they are so expensive that I wanted to try new drugstore brands!!!
The collection comes with 4 mini mattes 'Birthday Suit', 'Velvet Slipper', 'Rioja Red' and 'Old Hollywood'. Anything mini I have to get my hands on!!

'Birthday Suit'
Starting with this as this has to be my favourite, it is a mixture of the shades 'Koko K' and 'Candy K' which is a complete win! They are my go-to, so this will be perfect to pop in my bag! The colour applies evenly and is a complete dupe to Kylie's! The colour is pigmented which I love, I paired this with 'Candy K' Liner and it just works perfectly!!

'Velvet Slipper'
This is a not a colour a would normally go for, it is quite out my comfort zone, however, this colour will be perfect for this time of year, especially Halloween! As you can tell I found it harder to apply and it was quite patchy! I had to apply to layers to give me the right effect! I feel that this is a lot like Kourt K even though I  don't  actually  have it.

'Rioja Red'
As you know I just bought 'Mary Jo K' so I was nervous that it would be too similar, unlike 'birthday Suit' I don't wear red very often! However , this colour has a more orange undertone and is a lot lighter! I find Red lips are hard to apply so it didn't bother me that I had to work harder! I only had to apply one coat as the pigmentation was fab!

'Old Hollywood'
Again this was very patchy and  hard to apply, my lips had really just given up applying and reapplying the other shade. I don't have Leo but I am aware that this is very similar! I am not sure if I will wear it but I am pretty sure my sister will love it as it  quite dark. This shade is an Autumn/Winter Shade and would be perfect for Halloween!

OveralL, I am very impressed with these mattes, the fact they are all so similar to Kylie's makes me wonder why I spend so much money on big brands!! It does take longer to dry  however it makes it a lot less drying on lips, which is a complete BONUS!

I honestly don't know how people do lip swatches on lots of products as my lips were hating me!
Has anyone tried these mattes? What are your favourite Sleek products?
Have a great week!

At this moment in time,  I am sitting in my room bundled up, with my fairy lights on,  candles burning and  feeling pretty cosy.  What makes it 10x better is that I just got my hands on my Bath & Body Works candles, you guys know how much a love candles so I thought I would share a mini haul.

I live in the UK so this is the first time I have got my hands on any B&B Works candles, I asked my Auntie Diane who was on holiday in Florida to bring me some back. After seeing Zoe's massive haul I had to get my hands on some!
I got 3 minis for $12 and 2 medium candles for $20!  I obviously couldn't smell them so I wasn't going to get the big ones just in case, also I can't really burn them for a long as I think I may be allergic haha I just can't stop sneezing, nevertheless, I still burn them!

These are the scents I have:

  'Caramel Pumpkin Swirl'
This is probably the sweetest out the set, I love sweet scents and this is verging on sickly! However, I do love the smell of Caramel and that is what this is, I can't really smell the pumpkin that much as the  caramel takes over! Burning this candle for a short time does the job as it is pretty strong!

'Pumpkin Pecan Waffle'
I loveeeee this candle, Again I can't really smell the pumpkin but you can definitely smell the pecan, it smells like home baking with a hint of spice.   This is my level of sweetness and I am in love! It is not too overpowering however it leaves a nice smells hours after.  This is such a win!!

'Pumpkin Apple'
This has to be my favourite, it literally smells like spiced apples. It is still quite a sweet scent with a hint of spice.  It is such a fresh Christmassy scent and I think it will be perfect for coming in after a super long day, getting all cosy and snug. I am so happy that I like it as I actually got the medium sized one too!

'Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin'
This is the one I was most excited about, this is 100% a Christmas candle, and just screams Christmas!! I find a lot of Cinnamon candles quite strong and overpowering, however, I feel like this is a lot sweeter, as the name says! This will be a definite win at Christmas time, for sure!!

I am so excited to burn these in the next few months, what are you burning?
Have you tried any B&B Works candles? What are your favourites?
Have a fab Sunday!

YES TO LUSH AND YES TO AUTUMN! Together they just make a perfect pair! When I saw they had finally released their Halloween/Autumn range I had to have a nosey! I was a tiny bit disappointed at my store, however, I ended up getting the best trio.

The first bath bomb I picked up was Autumn Leaf, it drew me in with its colour! It is so pretty and bright that I knew that I would be bathing in a rainbow bath, and as you can see it didn't disappoint!  I love how the colours represent the changing season and go perfectly with the scent, which is very fresh but earthy. It is not my usual scent I would go for but having used this in the bath it set me up for the Autumn ( not that I needed to be lol)

Next up is Lord of Misrule, I picked this primarily for the fact it has a crown on it aha ;) However, I really liked the smell, I would it is has a little of sweetness in it but mostly it is an earthy, spiced scent.  It is probably my favourite out of the three I picked up!! The colours when you first dropped the bomb in the bath is insane, it is my favourite colour of pink, however, when it was done fizzing it become a dark purple and reminds me of a witches caldron or red wine. This made my skin feel very moisturised and soft, as you can see it is now part of the Christmas range so I might have to repurchase!

Lastly, I got this cute little Monster's Ball, This has to be my favourite so far, I love the amazingly sweet, floral scent that  arose from the bomb. The colours in the bath at first were a cute pink and blue, they then mixed together and created a pretty purple shade. It contains Cocoa butter which made my skin super moisturised afterwards!!

Like I mentioned, my store didn't have the full range, however, it is all on the websites! I was annoyed they didn't have the Pumpkin or Boo as they  would have been too cute!!
They also have Goth Fairy and Sparkly Pumpkin but I don't do well with Lush glitter so I decided not to buy them!!!
They also have their Christmas range out now which I can't wait to have a proper look!

Let me know if you have bought anything from Lush? What are your favourite Lush Products?

Christmas post in October, yes it is true!! I am a massive lover of Christmas so when I saw through Emily's blog there was a blogger Christmas gift swap, I knew I HAD to do it! Buying gifts for people just makes me so happy and the chance to meet other bloggers is even better.

The whole idea is that you get a blogging partner, make a budget (if you want), buy a gift, wrap it all pretty and then send it away! Basically like Santa!
All details are on Viola's blog post, so make sure you give it a read! :)

With just 74 sleeps to go, the countdown is nearly on and this just makes me so excited so much so, I currently have Michael Buble's Christmas album on.. yess I know!! ;)
Let me know if you are excited as I am? What do you want this year?
Are you going to take part?

Autumn has finally hit and I couldn't be more excited, it is my favourite time of year, I have been involved in so many Twitter chats the last few weeks and I can tell I am not the only one.  I love the colours, the smells and I love the weather. I have been waiting for this post for such a long time so as Autumn is finally here I thought I would share my Autumn Essentials.

Decorations are key, I haven't really decorated for Autumn before as I  always wait for Christmas, however, when I popped into Homesense and seen all the Autumn range it was too much. I think I could have bought the whole shop but I went for this simple Pumpkin shaped wreath. I thought it was very pretty and just enough 'Autumness' without going overboard.
I also headed to the candle section and died of excitement when I saw they had Pumpkin Spiced  candles! *heart eye emoji*. They smell like what they say on the box, Give me Pumpkin spiced anything and I will be happy. ;) I have also been loving burning 'Strawberry Shortcake' by Yankee Candles. They have some of the best candles.

Not only have you got to decorate your room you have to 'decorate' yourself, outfits are key!!! I want to do the full post on my Autumn outfits but for now, I am in love with this burgundy Brave Soul Cord Pinafore! I bought this from Asos, and I think it will go perfectly with Chelsea boots. The colour just screams Autumn!

I also have to mention Zoe's Gingerbread Christmas collection, this will 1000% be my staple this Autumn. The body mist, obviously to make me smell like a walking gingerbread (wo)men and the hand cream to help tame my dry hands.
Make-up this time of the year is all about the gold smokey eyes and the red lips, It is probably my favourite season. For eyes I think Tanya Burr's 'Hollywood' Palette'  has the perfect shades, 'Gold Coin' is my favourite and  will be the perfect addition to my everyday routine. I also will be using my Nars eyeshadow sticks that I mentioned in my August favourites!!!
I then thought it was a perfect time to introduce the new addition to the Kylie Fam 'Mary Jo K'. This colour is going to be a hit this Autumn. As you know I love Kylie's formula and have been needing a red so this is perfect. Red lips are great for this time of the year, it goes with any look. I am 100% going to try to pull off the red lips!!!

Hot drinks are also 100% essential, I have been loving going down to Costa on my lunch and getting Chai and Gingerbread Lattes. They remind me so much of this time of year and put me in such a good mood! I also have been loving taking my green tea into work with me with my Zoella Travel Mug! It so pretty and so handy!!!!

Last but not least nail colour, I can never have bare nails so it is time to bring out the darker colours. One of them being Essie 'Bahama mama'.  I got this in a set for my Christmas last year and absolutely love it, it is a warm deep plum. (please don't judge my chip:(! ) I am sure you will see more colours as time goes on.

I am obviously so excited that it is Autumn and have a few ideas to post, so keep an eye out!
Let me know what your essentials are? What do you love the most about Autumn??

This year is seriously slipping away too fast! Summer is officially over and now it is all about candles and cosy blanket!! (*I am currently sitting bundled up wth my candles burning right now editing this ;) *)  September has come and gone and with that has come new favourites, enjoy!

I am going to jump right into my makeup favourites as I seem to have gathered a lot this month.
NYX Control Freak Eyebrow Gel
I actually bought this at the same time as my Zoella Sweet Inspirations range but it just got thrown to the bottom of my pile, until now. I don't know why I haven't used it before, I obviously use it after I put on a powder colour to my brows. It holds the shadow and gives my eyebrows a nice shape!!!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade
First of all, I was super surprised that this was only £15, for some reason I thought it was going to be more! It gives my brows a more defined/strong look, for days I feel more daring! I was scared that it would be hard use as it is creamier than anything I have used on eyebrows. However, I have found it easy, because, it is so creamy it just glides on. I have the shade 'Taupe' and find it is a perfect match.
Benefit Hoola Mini Bronzer
This has been my recent September fav, Boots suckered me in by having this at the till point. I have never used Hoola before so I thought a mini would be perfect to try. I will say I find it very close to Nars Laguna and as you know that is my fav!! However, it has been a great addition to my everyday day makeup and the size of the product is great to pop in makeup-up bag.
Mac Cinderella Beauty Powder - Mystery Princess
Like you can see I have had this for a while, I have loved using it as a highlight, however, recently I have been loving it as a powder. I just think it gives my face a really nice glow, I have hated having a matte face recently so this is perfect. This is one of my favourite products I have bought and it just keeps getting better.
Kylie Cosmetics - Maliboo
I like to welcome number 5 of my Kylie fam, I know another nude but I swear it is different from the rest. It is slightly cooler-toned tone, and less orangey than Exposed. It is very subtle and is perfect for my skin, once again Kylie has nailed another colour, I have been obsessed!

Yes To Carrots Pampering Conditioner
If you don't know I recently dyed my hair so the quality and texture are completely different. I have been finding that I need to buy more products for dry hair. I have heard so many amazing things about Yes To.. products that I thought I would give a go. I did buy a shampoo but I am not that impressed, however, this Yes To Carrots Conditioner is amazing. It makes my hair feel super moisturising and soft and smells amazing!

Beautiful Disaster - Jamie McGuire
I have read more and more books lately however I always stick to buying the same kind of books, so I went browsing in my friend's house and found this book. It follows Abby in her university, she is the good girl until she meets Travis and her life becomes that little bit more exciting and dangerous!  I haven't finished it but I am really enjoying it!

Rose Gold Addidas Stan Smiths
Now I swore to myself I wouldn't cave into the hype of Stan Smiths but when I was browsing at Duty-Free before Paris and saw these beauties I had to get them.  They have the gorgeous Rose Gold heel and the front detailing. They are super comfy and work with every outfit. I wish I got them sooner but Autumn is a perfect time to throw away the sandals,  and give your feet some warmth without going full out with boots!!

Let me know what your favs where this month?  Any good books that you would recommend?
Hope you are having a fab day!!
